Mr. Mathew Lee Clay, 29, of Andalusia, passed away Monday April 5, 2021 at Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Thursday April 8th from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 12 noon Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his parents, Jimmy Clay Jr. and Terresa Clay; brother, Brandon Clay; grandparents, Patricia Sessions, Louise and Rick Bowles, Reggie and Jimmy Clay Sr; Aunts and Uncles, Wanda and Joey Davis of Andalusia, D.J Jackson of Andalusia, Taylor Jackson of Andalusia, Myra Maddox of Andalusia, Kevin and Jill Haynes of Buchanan, GA; family members, Shane and Kayla Davis, Andrew Davis, Cheyenne Norris, and Maddie Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Jackson and his grandfather, Donald Ray Jackson.
