Mr. James Otis Grimes, Jr., 81, of Enterprise, formerly of Andalusia, passed away Tuesday April 6, 2021 at Andalusia Manor.

Graveside services will be at 11 AM Saturday April 10th at Adellum Cemetery with Brother Billy Boles officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM Saturday at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Alderman Grimes of Enterprise; one daughter and son-in-law, Garian and Stan Gooden of Andalusia; two sons, James Otis Grimes, III and Garrason Grimes, both of Nashville, TN; seven grandchildren, Maxwell Goodpasture, Cooper Gooden, Fletcher Ament, Noah Gooden, Reynolds Gooden, Gareth Gooden, and Keianthony Conner; one sister and brother-in-law, Gayle and Lewis Rawls of Red Level; sister-in-law, Roberta Grimes of Roswell, GA; Aunt, Elizabeth Wise of Andalusia; four nieces and two nephews.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Alise Grimes; parents, James Sr. and Myrtle Grimes and his brother, Bobby Grimes.
