In an effort to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19 exposure to both customers and employees, Mellown said the bank will begin limiting access to branch lobby areas at all CCB locations until further notice. Full banking assistance will continue to be provided to customers by drive-thru service.

Mellown also recommended that customers please use the many digital banking services CCB offers. Accounts can be accessed online or through CCB’s mobile banking app. From there, you can check balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, make payments, and more. ATM’s are available should you need to make deposits or get cash.
