CCB Community Bank continues to remain open at all 4 of its branch locations and is ready and able to meet the needs of its customers. “The Coronavirus outbreak and its effects on our local communities is certainly on all of our minds right now, which is why it’s important for our customers to know that CCB remains fully functional.”, said Wem Mellown, CCB President.
In an effort to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19 exposure to both customers and employees, Mellown said the bank will begin limiting access to branch lobby areas at all CCB locations until further notice. If you need to speak to a banker inside the branch, access safe deposit boxes or replace a debit card, please make an appointment by calling (334) 222-2569 or Toll Free at (855) 491-2273. Full banking assistance will continue to be provided to customers by drive-thru service.
Mellown also recommended that customers please use the many digital banking services CCB offers. Accounts can be accessed online or through CCB’s mobile banking app. From there, you can check balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, make payments, and more. ATM’s are available should you need to make deposits or get cash. And CCB also provides a 24/7 Telephone Banking service for account inquiries, transfers and loan payments by calling (334) 427-0603 or Toll Free at (800) 817-1789.
Finally, Mellown also said that CCB will continue to provide updates to customers on the bank’s website at www.bankccb.com as well as on Facebook and Instagram. “We urge customers to please contact us with any questions or concerns they may have. We’re dedicated to helping you and we appreciate your continued trust in us.”
