Earlier this week, the Lady Tigers of Red Level won in a hard-fought, never-give-up, come-from-behind win against in-county foe Straughn.

The RLHS’s girls erased a double-digit deficit to defeat Straughn’s girls on the hardwood, 44-40.

A strong team effort from Ashlyn Joyner, Maggie Wilkerson, Liz Cross, Ruby Carroll, Summer Beverly, Kaitlyn Beverly, Hallie Stokes, Chasey Sanders and Olivia Whitfield helped bring their team to victory.

Carroll and Joyner led their team with 12 points each.

Wilkerson contributed 2 points. Cross had 8 points. S. Beverly added four points, and K. Beverly put up 6 points.
