The Andalusia 8U All-Stars picked up a pair of wins over the County 10U All-Stars on Thursday night in a pair of warm-up games before next week’s state tournament.

GAME ONE

ANDALUSIA 9,

COUNTY 8

In the opening game of the night, Andalusia came away with a 9-8 win.

M.J. Berry had a big game at the plate as he went 3-for-3 with two RBIs.

Row Thorn also had a strong game as he went 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Beau Bennett went 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Jackson Grimes finished the game 3-for-3.

Ian Kimbrel also went 3-for-3.

Farley Brannon, Zay Leslie, Houston Weant and Collin Coursey each drove in one run.

GAME TWO

ANDALUSIA 17, COUNTY 8

In the final game of the night, the Andalusia All-Stars picked up a 17-8 win.

Kimbrel went 2-for-3 with three RBIs.

Kaleb Covin, Berry and Thorn each went 3-for-3 with two RBIs.

Bennett went 2-for-3 with two RBIs.

Brannon went 4-for-4 with one RBI.

Cooper Maynor went 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Leslie went 3-for-3 with one RBI and two runs scored.

Grimes, Weant and Coursey drove in one run each.
