The U.S. Forest Service, Kiwanis and Alabama 4-H has postponed its annual Youth Fishing Derby to next Saturday, June 15.

The change was made due to expected inclement weather.

The derby will be held next to the USDA Service Center at 23952 AL Hwy 55 South Bypass in Andalusia. Children ages 3 to 15 are welcome, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Only two fishing poles allowed per child, and remember to bring bait and tackle.
