The Cooper Pool and Coleman Pool in Andalusia will open for the summer season on Mon., June 3.

The pools will be open Monday through Friday, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m., for open swimming.

Admission is $1 for students and $2 for non-students and adults.

From noon until 1 p.m., the pool will only be open for adults.

The Cooper Pool is open on Saturdays as well, from 1 p.m., until 5 p.m.

Details on swimming lessons will be announced at a later date.

Opp’s Hardin Street and Veterans pools opened yesterday, Tues., May 28, and will be open throughout the summer season, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m., until noon and 1 p.m., until 4 p.m. Both pools are also open on Saturdays from 1 p.m., until 4 p.m.

Cost for admission is $1 per day.

Swimming lessons begin in June in Opp, and are free to anyone wishing to learn.
