Wilson starts year strong

Andalusia graduate and current South Alabama Jaguar Ethan Wilson continued his strong start to his college career with four more hits in Saturday’s double header against Clemson.
After going 3-for-4 with a home run in his first college game, Wilson raked in more hits on Saturday.
In Saturday’s first game, South Alabama fell 7-2, but Wilson went 3-for-4 with Jaguars.
South Alabama picked up its first win of the year with a 4-3 victory in game three on Saturday.
Wilson went 1-for-3 with a double and walk in Saturday afternoon’s win.
Through the first three games of the year, Wilson leads the Jaguars with a .636 batting average and tied for third with one RBI.
Wilson is also tied for first on the time with three runs scored.
South Alabama’s home opener is tonight at 6:30 when they host the Alabama State Hornets at Stanky Field.
