Andalusia High School Senior, RJ Carrasco, capped off his Be the Change! project for senior English Thursday by delivering Christmas toys and cash to Waller Elementary School in Youngstown, Florida, to children who continue to struggle after Hurricane Michael changed their lives forever. Carrasco’s Toy Box Toy Drive raised around $2,500 in monetary donations plus approximately $1,000 in toy donations. Carrasco dressed as Santa to deliver the gifts.
