The Opp Lady Bobcats qualified for a No. 4 seed at next week’s state tournament after falling to Montgomery Academy 3-0 on Friday in Montgomery.

Montgomery Academy started off strong and held off the Lady Bobcats for a 25-7 win.

In the second game of the series, the Lady Bobcats put up a fight, but fell 25-10.

MONTGOMERY 25, OPP 9

Montgomery Academy continued to play strong as the finished off the sweep with a 25-9 victory.
