The June meeting of the Covington Historical Society on Thursday, June 28, will be a “Field Trip” to Robert McLelland’s Country Store Museum on the Heath to River Falls Road. Members and their guests are asked to bring a lawn chair and to wear cool clothing. A picnic snack will be provided. Parking is available.

Directions – Drive past Bethany Church parking lot about a half block and look for the American flags at the dirt road on the right. Turn to the right and someone will direct you to a parking place.

McLelland, who has been collecting unique antiques for many years will tell about his collection, along with some interesting Covington County tales.
