The Covington County Sheriffs Office along with Opp Fire, ALEA, Elba Fire, Coffee County Sheriffs Office and numerous other agencies are currently looking in Gantt Lake for a drowning victim.

Covington County E911 operators received a call that a 71-year-old male had drowned in Gantt Lake around 4:30 p.m.. There are numerous boats on the lake with sonar looking at this time.
