Tammy Sasser was awarded Andalusia Office Professional of the Year on Tue., April 17.

Charlie Brown, Sasser’s supervisor at Sanbuck Insurance, said that she demonstrates professionalism in the office through her work ethic and dedication to customers.

“Every customer and every relationship is a priority to Tammy,” Brown said. “She realizes that our customers have other options, so she diligently develops those relationships while also seeking the best policy to fit our customers needs.”

Along with being involved in the AOPA, Sasser is also involved with the Full Tummy Project, which supplies food for children in need. She helped fill more than 500 bags with food.

Sasser is also involved with helping at Andalusia’s CandyLand at Christmas. Brown said that she worked hard to help maintain and decorate the office’s Christmas cottage and other displays.

“Tammy’s personality exudes kindness and carrying,” Brown said. “She is always willing to lead a helping hand when needed. She, just by her nature, attracts fellow co-workers, as friends.”

Sasser is a customer service representative agent at SanBuck Insurance.
