PHS Lady Eagles split games on Friday

The Pleasant Home Lady Eagles could not come back in a 11-3 loss to Ariton yesterday.
The Lady Eagles were able to score three in the first inning, but were not able to handle Ariton’s offense and gave up 10 runs in two innings.
Ansley Johnson was on the mound for the Lady Eagles and went three innings, allowing 11 runs on 12 hits and striking out three.
In their second game of the night, the Lady Eagles struggled with Baker Lady Hornet’s high-powered offense in a 15-0 loss.
