The LBWCC Lady Saints swept Coastal Alabama-East in Sunday softball action in Andalusia.

In the opening game of the day, the Lady Saints picked up a walk-off win.

The Lady Saints went up 2-0 in the bottom of the first inning when Lindsey Fox drove in Jessica Dickson and Katy Cotton with a two-out single.

In the bottom of the second inning, Dickson drove in Alexis Wyatt and then another run scored off of an error to put the Saints on top 4-1 after two innings of play.

Coastal East came charging back in the top of the sixth inning and tied the game at 5-5.

Fox reached off of an error to start the bottom of the seventh inning and moved to second on single from Katelynn Shiver.

Wyatt then gave the Lady Saints the victory when she singled home the winning run.

In the final game of the day, Besty Powell threw a shutout to lift the Lady Saints to a 3-0 victory.

LBWCC took the lead in the opening frame when Natalie Aplin tripled and drove in Summer Simmons.

The Lady Saints added another run in the bottom of the second inning and one more in the bottom of the third inning.

Powell allowed just three hits and struck out four batters in the win.
