• Elizabeth Davis, 33, for three counts of failure to appear, held on a $950 cash bond and a $500 bond.
• Chantae Brown, 32, for harassing communications, held on a $500 bond.
• Victoria Willhite, 24, for failure to appear, held without bond.
• William Henson Reagan, 20, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second, held on a $20,500 bond.
• William Terrell Smith, 19, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second, held on a $20,500 bond.
• James Anthony Pate, 32, on hold for another agency.
