• Herbert Carlye Sauls, 49, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Jerry Eugene Estes, 48, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Terry McClain, 35, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, escape, resisting arrest, violation of probation, and held on a $78,000 bond.
• Jennifer Payne, 29, for receiving stolen property third, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $16,000 bond.
• Albert William Fannin III, 38, for grand jury indictment, and held on a $10,500 bond.
• Ashley Kelly, 29, for violation of a protection order, and held without bond.
