Mr. and Mrs. Ted Watson of Andalusia are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Susannah Pritchett Watson, to Colton Darryl Sims, son of Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Sims, of McDavid, Fla.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. David Becker and the late Mrs. David Becker of Monroeville, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Watson of Monroeville.

Susie is a 2012 graduate of Andalusia High School and a 2015 graduate of the University of South Alabama, where she earned her degree in therapeutic recreation. She is currently completing her master’s degree in occupational therapy at the University of South Alabama and will graduate in December 2017.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Buck Kelley of McDavid, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Sims of Brewton.

Colton is a 2011 graduate of Northview High School, Century, Fla., and a 2015 graduate of the University of South Alabama, where he earned his degree in electrical engineering. He is currently employed at PowerSouth in Andalusia.

The couple will wed on August 19, 2017, at Bethany Baptist Church in Andalusia.
