2017 Star-News’ All-County baseball team

The Star-News has selected 11 players for the All-County baseball team along with a pair of honorable mentions.
Andalusia’s Ethan Wilson, Will Clark and Riley Graham were selected to represent the Bulldogs.
Clark finished with a .440 batting average, five home runs and 25 RBIs.
Graham hit .433 with 24 RBIs and 13 doubles.
Pleasant Home’s Walt Weaver, Garrett Barton and Aaron Warthen were selected for the Eagles.
Weaver went 6-1 on the bump with a 0 .57 ERA.
Barton went 5-3 with a 1.95 ERA.
Warthen hit .333 with 20 RBIs.
Opp’s Orlando Lacey and Greg House were selected for Opp.
Lacey hit .301 with 24 runs scored.
House hit .362 with 16 RBIs.
Straughn’s Clay Ashberry and Campbell Hudson were selected for the Tigers.
Ashberry hit .321 with 17 RBIs.
Hudson hit .322 with 14 RBIs
Red Level’s Chance Russell and Colten Dorman were selected for the Tigers.
Russell hit .406 with 23 runs scored.
Dorman hit. 378 with 25 RBIs.
Florala’s Garrett Hartline and Red Level’s Ramsey Morrow were selected for honorable mention.
