• Sarah Leann Watley, 33, for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, and held on a $20,500 bond.
• Julianne Marie Moore, 19, for theft of property fourth, and held on a $500 bond.
• Gene E. Wright Jr., 48, for possession of a controlled substance, and held on a $10,000.
