The Straughn High School Envirothon team placed at the state competition. They placed first in wildlife, second in the FFA division, and third over all. Team members are Avery Bates, Elizabeth Porter, David Lee Dillard, Kaylee Nelson, and Macey Howell. Hollie Carter is the team sponsor.
