• Terrie K. Owens, 50, for two counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
• George Kendricks, 31, for burglary third, theft of property second and theft of property fourth, and held on a $40,000 bond.
• Jeffrey Wagner, 50, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana first, and held on a $20,500 bond.
