The high school basketball season officially ended for all Covington County teams on Tuesday, but what a season it was.

At the beginning, of the year I wouldn’t have thought some of the teams would have made it as far as they did.

Pleasant Home’s boys basketball team was one of the most exciting teams to watch grow over the course of the season.

They started the season off rough, but quickly turned it around and went on one of the most impressive winning streaks I’ve witnessed.

The Eagles found ways to win games that it appeared were out of reach, but the fight and tenacity of the boys from Pleasant Home always found ways to get themselves into the game.
