The Red Level Lady Tigers put forth a strong effort but fell 57-28 to area rival Brantley on Wednesday afternoon in Red Level.
“The score isn’t always the indicator of improvement,” Red Level head coach Allen Catrett said. “We did a lot of good things today. Passing and ball handling were better, and Natalie (Feagin) did a better job of attacking the basket.”
Brantley jumped out front 23-6 by the end of the first period, but the Lady Tigers continued to give a strong performance throughout the game.
At halftime, Brantley was on top 36-15.
Feagin led the way for the Lady Tigers with 19 points.
