Jessica Meuse came to Andalusia to sing Christmas music Saturday night in Candyland.

The former American Idol standout has performed several times in Andalusia and said she loves to visit here.

The talented musician said she is busy preparing to move to Texas, where she has taken a job with the Lone Survivor Foundation, which provides restores, empowers, and renews hope for our wounded service members and their families.

“But I’m not giving up on music,” she said, adding that she has recorded a new EP.
