Andalusia Elementary School fifth grader Ava Tomberlin took home the top spot in the school’s spelling bee on Tuesday morning. Sixth grader Meleah Treadway finished in second.  Tomberlin will go on to compete in the Covington County Spelling Bee on Feb. 3. Tomberlin’s winning word was ‘legitimately.”
