Andalusia High School seniors whose benchmark scores show they are good candidates for careers in engineering and other technology careers were invited to a tea – Technology Engineering Advancement – on Tuesday morning. Studies show that only 18 percent of the engineering workforce is filled by women, career coach Polly Dubose said, adding that there are wonderful scholarship and employment opportunities for them.
