• Ryan Thomas Pickel, 34, for possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Tony Demetree Parker, 41, for theft of property fourth – harassment, and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Joshua Darell Morgan, 29, for possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.
