• Christopher Cassady, 30, for two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $6,000 bond.

• Ellis Gray McClain Jr., 37, for commitment order, and held without bond.

• Tomas L. Smith, 23, for violation of probation, and held without bond.
