• Christopher Howell, 45, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Joshua Adam Sasser, 30, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Michael Lamar Cooper, two grand jury indictments and held on a $26,000 bond.

• Christopher A. Phillips, 26, for two counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
