• Kim Dyer, 59, for harassment, and held on a $500 bond.

• Jason Robertson, 28, for failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Martin Edgar Irving, 44, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Anita Hall, 37, for eight counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.

• Terry F. Craig, 57, for criminal mischief third, and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Gara Chad Owens, 35, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Dustin T. Hicks, 33, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Byron Lee Harper, 52, for elderly abuse, and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Terrance Knight, 32, for two counts of failure to appear and two grand jury indictments for theft by deception and possession of a forged instrument, and held without bond.
