Dear Editor:

Thank you in advance for printing this letter as it is our last effort in locating our precious black labrador retriever Charlie-Fitz. Approximately one month ago he was last seen walking with two women on Prestwood Bridge Road. He is two years old with a reflective collar with his name and my husband’s cellphone number listed.

I do understand not everyone is a dog lover, but our family treats our pets as family. He is a true companion and we feel like if he could find his way home, he would certainly do so. There has been much traffic in our neighborhood and Charlie-Fitz was friendly to everyone. If a neutered male has shown up in your neighborhood or at your house, please call the number listed, any vet office or simply drop him off. We are sad and so are his canine friends in our neighborhood.
