• Estia C. McGugin, 42, for four countes of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $12,000 bond.

• Byron Lee Harper, 52, for possession of marijuana second, domestic violence and reckless endangerment and held on a $13,500 bond.

• James Anthony Pate, 30, on hold for another agency.

• Michael Lee Rose, 70, for municipal court order and held without bond.
