• Donnie D. Hay, 25, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Brenda Sue McClain, 48, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Jared Eli Mullins, 18, for two grand jury indictments and held on a $400,000 bond.

• Christopher G. Lawson, 31, for municipal court order and held without bond.

• John Michael Crosby, 20, for disorderly conduct – harassment, and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Michael L. Crosby, 49, for disorderly conduct and held on a $500 bond.

• Christopher C. Fowler, 27, for possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Latoyya Davis, 45, for failure to appear and held without bond.
