An Opp man was airlifted to a Dothan Hospital after he fell from a roof of a home in town.
Opp Fire Chief Cory Spurlin said that Engine 7 and PrideMark EMS responded to 303 East Hart Avenue at 9:20 a.m., Thursday for a fall for a broken leg.
“Once we arrived it was obvious that the patient had fallen from the roof of a home, approximately 15-feet and sustained leg, pelvis and hip injuries.
“We requested Lifeflight and the patient was flown to Southeast Medical Center in Dothan,” Spurlin said.
