• Stacie N. Moore, 24, for two grand jury indictments for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $26,000 bond.

• William Michael Riley, 29, for contempt of court, and held without bond.

• C.W. Jackson, 62, for theft of property third, and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Melik Rashal Watkins, 21, for two counts of failure to appear.

• Harry Hensley, 63, for making a terrorist threat and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Rex Dewayne Messick, 45, on hold for another agency.

• Trist Mulvaney, 29, for failure to appear and held without bond.
