Students in the Food and Nutrition class at Andalusia High School recently participated in the ServSafe Manager Training Program. ServSafe is a national food safety program recognized by the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe is a difficult exam to pass so this is quite an accomplishment for these students. Five students passed the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. Students shown from left are KeAnna Tennyson, Alden Wells, Courtney Bulger, and Caleb Geohagan. Will Jones is not shown. These students received a ServSafe certificate that is valid for five years and will help them get a part-time job in the food and restaurant industry and Tracy Turner.
