The Andalusia Lady Bulldogs have heated up the past few weeks and kept it going Friday with 3-0 sweep of Montevallo in the opening round of the AHSAA Class 4A South Super Regionals in Montgomery.

In a tightly contested first set, the Lady Bulldogs emerged to a 25-18 victory.

It was the same story in the second set, both teams fought hard but Andalusia once again came away with a 25-18 victory.

In the third set, the Lady Bulldogs turned the heat up and rolled to a 25-8 win.

Andalusia will go up against St. James at 1:30 today in the second round of the South Super Regionals.
