Neal and Jennifer Dansby of Andalusia announce the engagement of their daughter, Judith Anne, to Stephen Fick, son of Geoffrey and Avery Fick of Mobile.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter June Smith and the late York Smith of Andalusia and Leon and Ruby Dansby of Ozark.

She is a 2007 graduate of Andalusia High School and earned degree in communications studies from Samford University where she graduated from the university honors program.

She is an English teacher at Baker High School.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Lyda Love Prendergrast and the late George Prendergrast of Mobile and Roger and Shirley Fick of Hutchinson, Kansas.

He is a 2005 graduate of Murphy High School International Baccalaureate Program and graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a degree in political science. He is employed at Complete Safety Works as operations manager.

The wedding is set for Nov. 21, 2015, at First Baptist Church Andalusia, at 5 p.m.
