Southern Care Hospice is teaming up with Meredith’s Miracles to bring a fun day to Andalusia to raise awareness for childhood cancer.

Organizer Stephanie Bulger said the event will held on Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., at Harold’s.

Hot dogs and lemonade will be available for a donation.

Bulger said that there will be gold balloons for children, face painting for $1 and other activities for children.

“We are asking everyone to wear gold,” she said.

All proceeds from the day will go to Meredith’ Miracles.
