One hundred new jobs are coming to Andalusia, Sitel announced Friday.

The new jobs will be full-time opportunities in the customer experience center.

Officials said new team members will support multiple business units.

“With a longstanding reputation as an employer-of-choice in the Andalusia community for 12 years, Sitel is now actively hiring with opening for enthusiastic new team members,” said Andalusia Site Director Brandy Miller. “This investment in the local community will help Sitel continue to deliver world-class customer experiences for some of the best-known brands.”

Miller said that Sitel Andalusia offers an increased starting wage and rapid pay increases. Additionally, Sitel Andalusia has launched a pay-for-performance program, which allows associates meeting performance and attendance targets to earn up to a 10 percent increase in base wages.

Additionally, Sitel offers benefits which include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation and holiday time.
