Steven and Michelle Carter of Andalusia are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather Rayne Carter, to Christopher Hunter Greathouse, son of Chris and Callie Greathouse also of Andalusia.

The bride-elect is a 2014 graduate of Straughn High School and is currently enrolled at LBWCC in the nursing program.

The bride’s maternal grandparents are Mac and Glenda McKinney of Andalusia and her paternal grandparents are Marjorie Carter of Andalusia and the late Dewayne Carter of Andalusia.

The prospective groom is a 2013 graduate of Pleasant Home High School and is currently enrolled in LBWCC in the industrial electronics program.

Hunter is also employed with Greathouse Floors of Andalusia.

The groom’s maternal grandparents are Billy and Peggy Boles of Andalusia and his paternal grandparents are Pat and Gerri Greathouse of Andalusia.

The wedding will be held on Sat., May 9, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. at Happy Valley Cabin on Hwy 84 E between Andalusia and Opp.

There will be a reception immediately following the wedding.
