2 charged in burglaries

The identities of two people charged by the Andalusia Police Department in a burglary and a burglary attempt have not been released because of the ages of the accused.
The APD arrests are related to a burglary and attempted burglary at Cedar Creek Merchandise located on Church Street.
The burglary occurred on Feb. 16, 2015, and the attempted burglary occurred on Feb. 17, 2015. Investigators with the Andalusia Police Department received information from a good citizen informant that led to these arrests. Items from the burglary were covered from both suspects when they were taken into custody. The names of the suspects are not being released due to their ages. Both suspects were charged with burglary III, theft of property I, and criminal mischief.
Andalusia Police Chief Paul Hudson said he would like to thank the good citizen who provided the information that led to these arrests.
