• Christopher J. Atkins, 18, for theft of property second and theft of property first. and held on a $30,000 bond.

• Victor A. Flowers, 22, for violation of probation.

• Kenneth Gilmore, 46, for failure to change address register and held on a $30,000 bond.

• Steven Bryan Miller, 25, for theft of property second and theft of property first, and held on a $30,000 bond.
