The Lady Eagles, with such a tremendous lead, were able to coast through the fourth period. The Lady Eagles sealed up a 47-12 victory when the buzzer sounded.
The Lady Eagles were led in scoring by Self with 18 points, and Baldwin finished with 16 points.
“We played pretty well tonight, but we still have to do a better job of protecting the ball,” Lady Eagles head coach Jerry Davis said. “Up to this point we are improving, and if it doesn’t come down to depth we are a good basketball team. The younger girls are getting a chance to play and learn. It’s always good to win a Friday night game, otherwise, it can make for a miserable weekend.”
