Cannon, Griffith to wed

Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Cannon of Andalusia are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda, to John Thomas Griffith, son of Mr. Thomas Griffith and Ms. Bobbie Driver of Monroeville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Cannon of Andalusia and the late Ms. Martha Givens of Andalusia.
She is a 2009 graduate of Andalusia High School and earned a degree in medical coding from Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.
She is currently employed at Covington Family Care in Andalusia.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. Fletcher Driver and the late Mrs. Mary Driver of Tunnel Springs, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Boyce Griffith of Vredenburgh.
He is a 2008 graduate of Monroe County High School and earned degrees in electrical instrumentation and robotics and automation from Southern Union State Community College.
He is currently employed at OutoKumpu Stainless USA in Calvert.
The wedding will take place on Oct. 18, 2014, at Bethany Baptist Church in Andalusia.
