Woman arrested for pot, meth

A local woman is behind bars after being arrested for marijuana and meth.
Drug Task Force agents were called to College Street in Andalusia after reports of drug activity.
When DTF agents arrived at the home, they smelled marijuana, officials said.
Agents then obtained a search warrant, and upon execution of the warrant, they found an undisclosed amount of marijuana and methamphetamine. They also located numerous plastic bags and digital scales.
Kimberly Renee Cowen was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was held in the Covington County Jail on a $20,500 bond.
