Early Monday morning I closed my eyes and let the previous 24 hours wash over me in a moment of joy.

The reason why is because I, along with a couple friends, went to Battleground, a WWE pay-per-view event in Tampa, Fla.

The event was an entertaining show from start to finish.

The first match between the Usos, and Harper and Rowan from the Wyatt Family started the show on the right foot, and in my opinion, was the best match of the night.

That led to a couple other decent matches, a Battle Royal which ended OK and then a main event that was… eh.

One match between Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins didn’t take place and I was a little disappointed.

Once Battleground ended, we made our way back to the car, drove back home and I then let the past 24 hours take me into the week.
