• Janice Raley, 53, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Jessie Clanzy, 66, for public intoxication and held on a $300 bond.

• Laqueisha Porter, 21, for failure to appear in court and held without bond.

• Charity S. Peacock, 36, for order of arrest and held without bond.

• Billy B. Jenkins, 50, for status as a fugitive for justice and held without bond.

• Ian R. Foster, 29, being held without bond for another agency.
